DESCRIPTION:Please join Boardwalk Brass as we present an exciting concert to open the Atlantic Festivals of Music 2026!\nFeaturing brass band classics that are sure to excite listeners of all ages.\n\nEstablished in October 2024\, Boardwalk Brass was created to bring the best community and professional brass musicians from Halifax together to play high level music. Our goal is to put a spotlight on the brass band tradition by playing the best pieces from this style of music. Boardwalk Brass raises money towards its own bursary program to give back to young brass musicians from home. Next year (2027) we will give our first bursary to a deserving student going on to study music at a post-secondary institution.\n\nAtlantic Festivals performances
