DESCRIPTION:Downtown Dartmouth Business Commission’s free concert series \nBrooklyn Blackmore’s debut CD Get A Little Crazy was was nominated for “Country Recording of the Year” at the 2021 ECMA’s\, as well as “Country Recording of the Year” and “New Artist Recording of the Year” at the 2021 NSMW Awards. She started playing fiddle in Three Fathom Harbour in rural NS at the age of three after watching Natalie MacMaster on TV. She graduated from NSCC’s Music Arts program in 2018. Her sound is influenced by old school style of Sevie Nicks and modern artists like Miley Cyrus. She was named Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year at the North American Country Music Association Awards and was the winner of the Global Country Star Search.
