Son Latino is a Halifax-based ensemble known for performing various Latin American genres, including salsa, merengue, and bachata
. As of late 2025, the band continues to perform at local venues like Driftwood Coastal Diner and for festivals such as the Halifax Salsa & Bachata Festival.
The core members of the band include:
- Yonelis Legra Noa: Lead vocals, percussion, and piano.
